The Vestry is the Board of Trustees for the All Saints Parish. There are twelve members that are elected to serve, usually for terms of three years. They work with the Rector to make important decisions that keep the parish healthy, logistically, financially, and spiritually.
The vestry meets the third Sunday of every month. The meetings are open to all members of the parish, and everyone is welcome to bring concerns or ideas to the vestry for consideration. Since the vestry, together with the Rector, is "vested" with formal responsibility for the logistical and financial decisions of the parish, requests must be submitted to the Senior Warden at least a week before the monthly meeting.
Every month the vestry meeting minutes, which represent legal and formal documentation of the items, discussions and decisions that occur at the meeting, will be published on this website.
